6) Importance of communicating to group members when you cannot attend and making up work
7) Dividing work, making most of group members’ skills and abilities
8) Getting to know each other over time to figure out what works best
9) Efficient use of time
10) Ensuring In-person meeting environment is free from distractions yet comfortable for productive work
11) Effective in person meetings: Follow-up meeting closures with action items distributing responsibilities and tasks evenly with concrete tasks to complete.

2) Speaking directly to the audience and not at ppt
3) Not repeating exactly what is on ppt
4) Speak up
