Compose a reading response of 350-500 words to the following questions:

Which leadership styles does your group use most often? What traits or behaviors are evident in leadership-related interactions in your group? (Keep in mind these questions are explicitly addressed in the readings.)

What are the strengths and weakness of those leadership styles, especially as related to group outcomes? Give specific examples from your group interactions.

Your answer should be composed as a group and is due by 8PM Wednesday, November 8.
